A Customizable Multilingual Chatbot System for Customer Support

Implementing third-party services to develop a chatbot is not cost-effective for many small and medium enterprises especially considering that only supports one language at time. To address this gap, paper proposes multilingual system will allow companies organizations customize deploy their own service with two extended features, which are live chat ticketing system. The also be able understand reply in English, Malay, Chinese as well customizable given the dialogue shell knowledge base. achieve this, development uses TypeScript frontend web application while Go backend development. mobile Dart User Interface (UI) library React. Finally, database management used MongoDB. developed prototype then evaluated via survey questionnaire findings suggested proposed would assist medium-sized business an alternative existing customer services.
